The Rally on the Rio Seminars Registration

Registration fee: Covers the cost of the facility and other expenses for the Rally on the Rio
$25.00 per person.
You can pay online or mail in your registration check payable to the Rio Grande Valley Woodcarvers.
Your registration will not be official until fees and required deposits have been paid.

Students will NOT be able to change classes after January 8. Any student(s) wishing to change classes once the show begins must discuss the change with their instructor and be willing to accept any penalty said instructor may impose. Teaching classes is a source of income for the instructor, if you drop out of their class, you are taking money out of their pocket. They need to cover their expenses to be here and teach the class.

PARTICIPANT, and Rio Grande Valley Woodcarvers, referred to as PROVIDER agree: PROVIDER offers the following activity: Rally On The Rio attending or participation in wood- carving classes or woodcarving activities. The parties agree that: (a) This activity is by its nature hazardous and despite the exercise of all due care, personal injuries or death may occur in this activity. (b) That PROVIDER has given PARTICIPANT a full and adequate opportunity to ask questions. The participant agrees to use EXTREME CAUTION IN THEIR HANDLING OF THEIR TOOLS AND KNIVES AND THEY MUST BE AWARE OF THE CORRECT USE OF EACH TOOL. (c) that the PARTICIPANT, on behalf of PARTICIPANT and the heirs, successors and assigns, herewith releases PROVIDER from any and all liability for personal Injuries, consortium or other claims arising out of participating in the activity, except for any action resulting from willful and malicious actions by PROVIDER.
